WNSL Oil Gas Fired Boiler

Based on sophisticated oil-gas fired boilers production experience, our WNSL sries oil-gas fired boilers are used for ecological power generation through years of cooperation with famous domestic scientific research institutions and universities. Based on the operation data of the company’s existing oil-gas fired boilers, we have developed the latest condensing oil-gas fired boilers which is high-efficient, energy-saving and environmental friendly. The latent heat of vaporization is recovered by using a large amount of water vapor contained in the flue gas after natural gas combustion, so as to improve the boiler efficiency to more than 100%. Suitable for natural gas, light oil, heavy oil and other fuels, it is widely used in garment factories, hospitals, schools, hotels, pharmaceutical factories, food factories, beverage factories, rubber factories, chemical plants, paper factories, building materials industry, etc. With the advantageous features of boiler such as high efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection, it is favored by more and more enterprises. Technical Advantages

Unique Structural Design

1. The boiler adopts a unique two-way central reverse combustion, low arrangement in the center of the combustion chamber and the design idea of symmetrical distribution of heat exchange flue pipes on the left and right. The heat exchange load is uniform and stable, which is conducive to the steam water circulation and improve the safety of the boiler.

2. The reasonable application of corrugated furnace liner and threaded fire tube which enhances heat transfer can not only strengthen the turbulent heat transfer of high-temperature flue gas, but also effectively absorb the thermal expansion and contraction of furnace body.

3. The boiler adopts the design idea of large furnace, which has complete combustion and is not easy to accumulate carbon, featuring high efficiency and sufficient output and low NOx emission.

4. The economizer and condenser are arranged on the top of the boiler, with compact structure and no floor area.

5. The economizer and condenser adopt spiral fin tube and counter-flow arrangement to enhance heat transfer.

6. The condenser is made of special ND steel with good cold resistance and corrosion resistance, which greatly improves the service life of the boiler.

7. Reasonable flue structure and smoke box drainage structure help to make the condensate water easy to be discharged, collected and treated.

Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection

1. The boiler adopts the idea of furnace design to reduce the furnace volume heat release rate, and with the professional burner, the NOx emission is as low as less than 30mg/Nm³.
2. 99% of the natural gas is methane (CH4), which contains a large amount of hydrogen (H). The flue gas after combustion contains a large amount of water vapor. Through theoretical calculation, the share of water vapor in the flue gas is about 18%, if the water vapor is condensed into water to recover the latent heat of vaporization in it, the heat recovery is about 5%, and the boiler efficiency can be improved to more than 100%.
